Business Data Analyst

Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related fieldProven experience as a Financial Data Analyst or in a similar roleProficiency in financial modeling and forecastingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to:Pivot Tables and Pivot ChartsVLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCHConditional FormattingData ValidationMacros and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)Power Query and Power PivotAdvanced Charting and Visualization TechniquesLogical Functions (e.g., IF, AND, OR)Statistical Functions (e.g., AVERAGEIFS, SUMIFS)Data Analysis Tools (e.g., Solver, Analysis ToolPak)Scenario Analysis and What-If AnalysisStrong knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)Working experience in the FMCG industry Key Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business decision-makingDevelop and maintain complex Excel models to support data analysis and reporting.Create dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports using advanced Excel functionalities.Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide analytical support.Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial dataPrepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insightsMonitor financial performance and recommend improvementsEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial data
