Minimum Requirements: Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4RE will be beneficialMinimum 3 years claims experience.Minimum 5 years in the STI environmentMotor and Non-Motor claims experience and/or previous business insurance/commercial insurance is essentialResponsibilities:Register claims and appoint assessors.Manage claims in terms of claims SLAMake decision regarding merit – indemnify or notNegotiate settlement.Manage the salvage processDetection of fraud and management of fraudulent indicatorsKeep the operational system updated.Provide thorough and timeous feedback to the relevant parties.Complaint's resolutionSkills and Attributes: Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levelsExcellent time management skills as this will be a combined role with business claims and partially personal claimsExcellent administrative skillsGood communication skillsOrganisedProfessionalismAnalyticalProblem solving skills and solution orientedAttention to detailCustomer focusActive listening skillsFollow upFluent in more than one languageKnowledge and SkillsCustomer Service, Team Support, Administration, Quality, compliance and accreditation
