Job Advert Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager: Project Controls, the incumbent will provide leadership and management to the Business Assurance Section in order to manage the planning, organisation, coordination, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, controlling and leading of an integrated support service for Project Control ,Capital Execution and Strategic Asset Management which support Rand Water's strategic objectives
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business administration or equivalent relevant education.
Project Management Qualification (Diploma or Degree)
Advanced Management Programme will be an advantage.
A minimum of 5 years experience in business management.
Managing in an engineering and project management environment
Primary Duties
Provide and support management with operating plan process
Co-ordinate and facilitate detailed budget preparation
Derive a business plan to achieve departmental objectives.
Administer departmental policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with management
Implement and maintain the performance management programme
Manage database repository
Ensure recruitment takes place in line with Rand Water's Recruitment Policy and Guidelines and Departmental Employment Equity Targets
