Your role is built on the following pillars:Inventory of current systems: Collecting and analyzing data on existing IT systems and processes in the various business units to gain a clear picture of the current situation.Identification of needs and bottlenecks: Identifying the specific needs and challenges of each business unit to ensure that the new standard meets operational requirements and challenges.Development and implementations of standards: Analyzing data to determine the necessary components for each business unit and overseeing the implementation and optimization of these components.User support: Providing functional applications and process support for long-term issues, with a focus on process optimization.
