To manage and direct the operational function of the Branch.

National Diploma in Nursing or related disciplineRegistered Nurse with current SANC registrationMinimum of 3 years post graduate experienceA minimum of 2 years Private Hospital work experiencePrevious management experienceFinancial acumenKnowledge of the LRA and BCEAIntermediate computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Email)Code 8 driver's license and own transport essentialEnsure that the branch is aligned to company structures and processesEnsure that employee practices are aligned to their respective KPA's and policies and processes are enforcedDrive the business to ensure that monthly targeted billings are attainedManage operations to ensure that costs are contained within in the budgeted figuresProactively identify new potential Client segments in the Healthcare IndustryUnderstand key competitors and identify opportunities to grow and retain the business and increase market shareDevelop and maintain sound relationships with the clientsEngaging with the Nurse Managers and Unit Managers, to identify opportunities, staffing requirements and to identify and assist with proactive solutionsRecruitment of AssigneesRegistration, induction and orientation of assigneesOn- going upskilling and clinical evaluations of assigneesEnforcing Charisma policy and procedure at the clinical interfaceEnsuring and enforcing that the Charisma assignees adhere to the policy and procedure of the clients to which they are allocated.Monitoring and managing the conduct and performance of the Charisma assignees at the clinical interfaceAttending various appropriate meetings at the clinical interfaceAssisting with the maintenance and integrity of the data baseRecord keeping, compiling or reports, monitoring trends and statistics.On- going personal development ensuring that knowledge and skills is current to the clinical environment.
