Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Feature Scoping and Prioritization:
Define clear and actionable feature scopes based on business objectives and user needs.
Prioritize features in alignment with business value and development constraints.
Create detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Collaboration with Design and Development:
Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure that design concepts align with business requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
Provide ongoing support to the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
Data Analysis:
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Use data to inform decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
Proven experience in scoping and delivering B2B software applications and features.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Preferred:
Experience in SaaS, marketing, or marketing technology
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Experience with project management tools.
