Business Analyst - Senior (Pb Tech - Equation)

DescriptionInvestec is looking for a senior Business Analyst in Equation team within the Private Bank Technology division.
The Business Analyst's responsibilities will include the translation of business requirements for complex solutions into a standard specification format.
They will ensure the quality of the implementation of these requirements, define user acceptance test strategy and cases, perform system testing and co-ordination.
They will liaise with developers to ensure the requirements are clearly understood and implemented accordingly, understand and define system integration and data flows, perform stakeholder management, user training and communication.
Must adhere to agreed standards, methodologies and processes.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks with high attention to detail is required.
Experience, skill and capability• 8+ Years Business Analysis experience in a cross section of application environments, preferably in business banking or cash investments environment• Previous experience working on projects and/or process re-engineering initiatives is essential• Previous process and/or product modelling experience is essential• Knowledge in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is required• Knowledge of SDLC is mandatory• BA related qualifications would be beneficial Investec Culture At Investec we look for dynamic, energetic people filled with tenacity, integrity and out of the ordinary thinking.
