What you will be doing: Lead the design and implementation of products and policies, ensuring smooth setup and functionality.
Collaborate with customer success managers and developers on both new and ongoing projects.
Define test cases and oversee testing to verify product setup and ensure everything works as expected.
Understand and communicate functional capabilities to relevant teams, with a high-level grasp of supporting code.
Take charge of configuration tasks, ensuring any changes align with business needs and processes.
Identify gaps in current offerings, propose new business solutions, and contribute to product improvements.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and future development.
Provide training and support to teams, working closely with stakeholders and external partners like auditors and actuaries.
What you need: A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
5+ years' experience in a similar role, composing requirement specifications for information systems.
Knowledge of the development lifecycle, including experience with testing and training.
Familiarity with UML terminology, especially use-cases and activity diagrams.
Experience in interacting directly with clients.
