Description of the role The Client Data Management Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
They collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and engineering teams, to gather, analyze, and document business needs and translate them into technical specifications.Must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
This person's responsibilities will include the translation of business-as-usual requirements into a standard specification format and will ensure the quality of the implementation of these requirements, define user acceptance test strategy and cases, and perform user system testing coordination.The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives and meet the needs of end-users.
Description of the skill and experience required 5+ Years of Business Analysis experience in a cross-section of Application environments.Experience in data analysis is essential.Strong SQL skills are required.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.Technical Analysis: Analyse existing systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and propose technical solutions that meet business requirements.Documentation: Create detailed technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and data models, to guide development teams in building the solution.Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and collaboration between business users, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and progress.Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria, and participate in testing activities to ensure the solution meets the defined requirements.Change Management: Support the implementation of technical solutions by assisting with user training, providing user support, and facilitating the transition from old systems to new ones.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
