We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management within a banking environment, and be proficient in working in Java-based environment. Certification as a Business Analyst or Project Manager is required.
Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to meet business needs.Create process models, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications.Project Management:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and issues.Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Collaboration and Communication:Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team.Facilitate communication and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and project documentation to stakeholders and management.Quality Assurance:Define and implement testing strategies to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues identified.Required Qualifications: Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in the banking sector.Strong understanding of banking processes, regulations, and industry standards.Experience working in a Java environment, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.Technical Skills:Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software.Understanding of Java-based systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC).Certifications:Certification as a Business Analyst (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Project Manager (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications: Additional Experience:Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
