Business Analyst / Project Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management within a banking environment, and be proficient in working in Java-based environment. Certification as a Business Analyst or Project Manager is required. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Create process models, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications. Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software. Understanding of Java-based systems and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
