Understand and communicate functional capabilities to relevant teams, with a high-level grasp of supporting code. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and future development. Provide training and support to teams, working closely with stakeholders and external partners like auditors and actuaries. What you need: A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial. 3 years' experience in a similar role, composing requirement specifications for information systems. Knowledge of the development lifecycle, including experience with testing and training. Familiarity with UML terminology, especially use-cases and activity diagrams.
