Business Analyst

A Business Analyst/Customer Success Engineer is needed to bridge the gap between customers and technical teams.
This role focuses on optimizing processes, analyzing data, and ensuring customer success.
Key Responsibilities : Gather and analyze client requirements, creating actionable user stories.
Improve processes, test deployments, and create test cases.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and testers.
Advocate for solutions and demonstrate their value.
Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the software or telecommunications industry is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
