BUSINESS ANALYSTReference: CPT001155-FT-2PaarlOur client is the leading commission management platform for financial advisers in South Africa. They are offering an exciting career opportunity for a BUSINESS ANALYST who can ensure that new customer onboardings are executed timeously and accurately. Along with assisting new clients with onboarding, you will use your out-of-the-box thinking skills to help improve and standardize business processes.Duties & ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES:Manage new client pipelines and implementation schedulesConduct consultations with new clients to understand their business requirementsDocument and scope business requirements to align with the systemBrief internal team on the implementation scopeDevelop/build ad hoc reports/data insights to address client needsAnalyse and standardise any new business requirements from existing clients and implement changes as requiredClient dispute resolutionCollate and process data from various external sourcesData analysis and standardisationPost-implementation client training and supportPost-implementation consultations, training and support with internal team membersProject planning, management and task assignmentIdentify, develop and implement improvement strategies of onboarding processesOnboard and train new team membersSetup team goals and KPI's to align with overall company strategiesEnsure alignment of individual team member output with team goalsContinuous monitoring of goals/KPI'sTesting of new product featuresWork closely with users and BA team to propose and design the scope of new product featuresProvide internal trainingIdentify opportunities to drive product refinements to continuously enhance the customer experience.EDUCATION AND SKILLS:Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, or related field (required)CA(SA) will be a distinct advantage.Minimum 5 years' working experience in an accounting position (required)Working experience in the South African financial services/financial planning industry (preferable)Experience using online software tools will be highly advantageousProven experience working with large datasets and pattern identification.Advanced knowledge of ExcelATTRIBUTES:Analytical thinking and problem-solvingHighly adaptable to a variety of software, tools, and programsHungry, resilient, and motivated to succeedSelf-motivated and proactive, yet a team playerDetail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracyOrganizational and administrative skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Afrikaans)OPPORTUNITY AND COMPENSATION:Market-related salary, negotiableA chance to develop to senior account manager and beyond.Hybrid working condition.Be part of something great!TO APPLY OR RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE:Click on the "Apply" button orApply online at casupport.co.za/vacanciesWe thank all candidates for their interest and advise that only those under consideration will be contacted.
