Project Data Analysis:• Conduct comprehensive analysis of project data, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.• Translate complex project metrics into actionable insights, providing recommendations for project improvement.2. Portfolio Management:• Collaborate with project managers to maintain a comprehensive view of the project portfolio.• Identify opportunities for synergy, resource optimization, and strategic alignment across projects.3. Process Optimization:• Evaluate and enhance project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.• Work closely with project teams to implement improvements and best practices.4. Performance Reporting:• Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.• Provide regular updates on project performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.5. Risk Management:• Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.• Work with project teams to develop risk response plans and ensure proactive risk management.6. Stakeholder Collaboration:• Act as a liaison between the PMO and project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.• Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement.7. Requirements Elicitation and Documentation:• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and document project requirements.• Ensure clear and concise documentation of project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a PMO or Business Solutions environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
