Business Analyst

About the Role: Are you ready to revolutionize business systems and drive meaningful change? We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing, customizing, rolling out, documenting, maintaining, and enhancing systems. You'll work closely with developers and business functions to transform requirements into practical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Analyze, design, document, and review business processes and systems.Support users through requirements gathering, change management, training, and SOP development.Collaborate with developers to shape system design and build.Continuously assess systems for improvements and troubleshoot issues.Provide on-site training and support during system rollouts and after go-live.Lead requirements gathering sessions and research potential solutions.Assist in developing and installing customized system solutions.Work with infrastructure teams to ensure system backups and resources.Desired Results:Take ownership and gain a deep understanding of business systems.Continuously review and improve business and system processes.Communicate effectively and support business units during system rollouts.Required Competencies:Passionate about systems, data, and creating efficiencies.Proven experience in business process, technical system, and SOP documentation.Qualifications:Formal NQF Level 7 qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial engineering or a related field.2-3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Information Systems, WMS, or ERP.Deep understanding of Management Information Systems (ERP, WMS, CRM, Supply Chain).Proficiency in SQL (MSSQL, MYSQL) and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic, C++, C# or Java).Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, logic formulas).Project management skills.Experience in a wholesale/factory environment is a plus.If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for optimizing business systems, we want to hear from you!
