The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of software solutions that meet client requirements.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Identify opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and technology.Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify the best solutions for business needs.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.Assist in the preparation and execution of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT).Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the capital markets sector.Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and trading platforms.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Togaf Certification is highly advantageous Preferred Experience:Experience with capital markets software, such as Calypso.Knowledge of SQL and database management.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.BPM Experience is highly advantageous What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a leading company in the capital markets software industry.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.A collaborative and dynamic work environment Please note that by submitting your personal information to Deka Minas you free-willingly issue the business consent to make use of such data for the specific purpose of securing you either permanent or temporary employment.
