Job DescriptionBrowns the Diamond Store is offering an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business insights, optimizing operations, and supporting strategic decision-making within our organization as we expand our name globally.

Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.

Utilize data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key findings and metrics to stakeholders.

Perform ad-hoc analysis and modelling to support business initiatives, such as pricing strategies, inventory optimization, and marketing campaigns.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of retail initiatives and projects, identifying areas for refinement and optimization.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in luxury/retail analytics, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes and capabilities.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Informatics or BSC Computer Sciences
3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL, Excel, and statistical software
Knowledge of SQL, SSMS and SSRS for report writing.
SDLC experience
Experience with data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
