Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you are expected to be an advanced professional in the systems & process design and implementation space and have experience on low, medium, and high client facing projects requiring custom or out of box solutions and software implementations.
The highly driven Business Analyst must be strong, detailed oriented and effectively lead, facilitate and maintain gathering requirements for solutions within the document management space including and not limited to document composition through print, mail, and digital channels.
The Business Analyst will work directly with the client, including stakeholders of various level and possibly third-party vendors to understand their business, customer, systems and technology needs and identify opportunities to improve the document output for their end clients. You will solicit, understand, and document business requirements, processes and workflows developing both written and visual depictions of requirements and process flows. Analysis of data, design and delivery will be critical to ensure the quality and integrity of our solutions. Building and maintaining our business and functional requirements to meet our target audience's requirements. Building and maintaining relations while closing the gaps between the end-to-end lifecycle and process for our Professional Services, Product, Implementations, Operational, Financial and Support partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing analytical and consulting services to the client and service provider partners on the relationships between data, design and delivery scenarios for the end user experience
the design and breakdown of end user scenarios for a utility bill
for in Utilities – from various billing scenario types and Payment Services platforms for new/existing implementation to conversions.
Lead client requirement discussions/workshops and develop detailed documentation to include but not limited to:
Data mapping, Analysis, transformation, logic and business rules for multiple data feeds including RAW and pre-composed formats
End User Analysis
Proof of concepts and Design for various document types and front facing client digital portals
User stories and workflow analysis
Discovery and Pre-Sales engagements
Document Printing, Mailing, paper, envelope and Postal services
Digital and Interactive (HTML) document services and delivery
Analysis for Composition of various document types and scenarios
Transactional, Investments, Trends, Historic, Taxes, Summaries, Deposit/Lending/Loans, Reports, Letters/Notices, on-boarding
Utility
Billing statements (metered and non-metered), Payment Services, Letters/Notices
Analysis of Integrations, mergers and conversions of new or existing document types, services and platforms
Enhancing the client experience with their customers through our Doxim Customer Communication Management offering
Branding, compliance and regulatory guidelines
Digital Messaging and communications
Security and connectivity between multiple platforms, systems and portals
Build and maintain positive working relationships by effectively communicating and sharing knowledge with your team/peers including inside and outside Professional Services – not limited to Project Management, Quality Assurance, Development, Product, Operations and IT
Innovating methods to educate, support and increase client satisfaction
Become a champion/subject matter expert by learning solutions
Work independently with minimal supervision, establish priorities, and use strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to add value to each project,
Participate as part of a team with targeted deliverables, working on initiatives designed to improve processes, systems, and applications which support our key businesses
Develop technical requirements through business requirement gathering techniques to understand scope, functional & non-functional relationships, dependencies, risks, and facilitate the communication between business and technology areas
Complete a handover to quality assurance and development including well documented and clearly defined requirements that satisfy client business needs
Assume an ownership role, on behalf of the client to ensure deliverables meet business/end-user requirements
Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own area and keep current with leading-edge technologies trends/developments and develop expertise in analytical tools and techniques that can contribute to effective solution development/delivery
Scope Management for change requests
Assist with enforcing project goals and direction to support the strategic business objectives
Ability to take ownership and lead by example
This role will require the Business Analyst to work flexible hours to support North American time zones
