Business Analyst - 12 Month Contract Requirements: Apply a set of tasks and techniques to act as a liaison among stakeholders.
Understand the problems, opportunities, needs, structure, policies, and operations of the organization.
Work on large, high-risk, and complex projects.
Recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Elicit and analyze the actual needs of stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between organizational units.
Align the needs of business units with the capabilities delivered by information technology.
Serve as a translator between business units and IT teams.
Possess years of deep practical experience in business analysis.
Perform business analysis in a variety of complex situations with repeated practice.
Experience in Africa region banking, digital, and servicing.
