Business Analyst

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOBTo identify, document and interpret high level business requirements as well as understand and interpret business impact to determine how requirements can be translated into useable solutions and enhancements through synthesis, review and testing of solutions up to implementation.To develop and implement critical business solutions by establishing methodologies and using modeling techniques as well as facilitating and communicating content to stakeholders, ultimately supporting the business and Project Managers through project involvement and completion across all business areas to achieve the company's business strategic objectives.
Preferred Minimum Education and ExperienceA Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Informatics/Information System/Information Technology/Computer Science or related field5 years experience including:Analyst role preferably within the Financial Sector or Financial Services environmentKnowledge of SAPSystems Analyst or Business analyst on IT projects or any other type of project.Sound Business Analysis, Business process design/engineering and mapping skillsProject management knowledgeMicrosoft Office ApplicationsSAP ERP, SAP Banking, MSS/ESS Portal, Business Objects Critical CompetenciesAdvanced Microsoft OfficeSAP Systems knowledgeBusiness Analysis, Business process design/engineering and mapping skillsProject managementSAP ERP, SAP Banking, MSS/ESS Portal, Business Objects
