Business Analyst

Our client in the IT sector is looking for a Business Analyst/Implementation Consultant to join their team in Pretoria, Centurion.Requirements:Relevant Degree (preferred) or Diploma.4+ years experience in Business Analysis and System Implementation.Experience with software tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.Experience in the Web based software development life cycle.Strong time-management abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Good project planning skills.Good understanding of HR processes is an advantage.Business analysis experience in the HR environment is an advantage.Technical background will be an advantage.Duties and Responsibilities:Support, enable, and empower our clients so that they gain the most value from our products and services.Be innovative, think out of the box, make suggestions to improve the use of the system and processes by clients.Facilitate workshops and training sessions with the client to obtain the business requirements.Perform system configuration according to the specific client requirements.Compile Business Requirement and Process Specification (BRS).Consultation to clients on HR related topics in combination with the system.Provide post implementation support.Develop and maintain training manuals and Quick Reference Guides.Assist in compiling the Functional Requirements Specification (FRS).Assist in the project management of the software development process.Assist in developing test plans.Assist in testing the developed software according to the specification.Assist in training of new team members.
