Requirements:Relevant degree or diploma.Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Experience in the web-based software development lifecycle.Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience in project planning and coordination.A solid understanding of HR processes is a significant advantage.Experience in business analysis within the HR sector is a plus.A technical background is beneficial but not essential.Primary Responsibilities:Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from the HR and Learning software solutions.Drive innovation by offering suggestions on how to enhance system use and streamline client processes.Facilitate client workshops and training sessions to gather business requirements.Configure the system to meet the specific needs of each client.Develop and maintain Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and Process Specifications.Provide consultation on HR-related matters in combination with the client's system.Offer post-implementation support, ensuring continued system success.Create and update training manuals and Quick Reference Guides for clients.Secondary Responsibilities:Assist with compiling Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).Support project management activities throughout the software development process.Help develop test plans and assist with the testing of software to ensure alignment with requirements.Contribute to the training and mentoring of new team members.If you are a motivated professional with a passion for helping clients succeed through innovative software solutions, we would love to hear from you.
