As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and other stakeholders to design, develop and implement systems and programs that use data and technology to support business excellence and strategic decision-making.

The goal is to support the company in achieving business excellence, by providing data-driven insights and recommendations for strategy, market, industry, customer, and operational optimization.
Tasks and duties: Core Responsibilities: Conduct research and gather data from various sources, such as databases and reports, etc.
Analyse and interpret data using statistical techniques, software applications, frameworks, and models.
Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, presentations, and other documents that communicate findings and insights to relevant audiences.
Collaborate with senior analysts, project managers, developers, sales team, and other stakeholders to ensure that the systems and programs meet the business requirements and objectives.
Provide support and training to users of the systems and programs.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of the systems and programs.
Identify and suggest improvements and enhancements to the systems and programs.
Data Construction Merging Various Data Creation of reports Creation of report structure Assist with workflows.
Cross data and identifying ROI.
Trouble shooting Loading and Maintaining data Assist with merge of data into cloud.
Data analysis and reporting Database Administration .

Other Responsibilities: Identifying and prioritizing the organization's functional and technical needs and requirements Using SQL and Excel to analyse large data sets.
Compiling charts, tables, and other elements of data visualization Creating financial models / reports to support business decisions making Forecasting and performing variance analysis and financial analysis Support in developing analytical programmes & apps to optimize operations.
Minimum Requirements: BSc Computer Science / Btech in IT / Data scientist Google Cloud certified 2- 3 years' experience in data analysis in a data driven environment Good understanding of data concepts.
SQL experience & developer Forecasting experience Knowledge of Excel and PowerBI/Power Query Microsoft Power Automation knowledge SAP knowledge AI Machine learning Can translate business requirements into solutions.
