The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with key stakeholders to implement effective solutions, as well as offering day-to-day support for Business Applications.

: 225 uMbilo Road, Durban within the Group ICT Department, a division of Icebolethu Group.Minimum QualificationsMatric Certificate - (Grade 12 or equivalent).A+ & N+ Certification.Diploma/Degree in Business Management or Information Technology or a related field.Certificate in Business Analysis or related studies is an added advantage.Proficiency in Data Analysis tools and Software is an added advantage.Valid Driver's License.Experience and Knowledge RequiredMinimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ICT support or a related field in a corporate environment.Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Skills and Competencies RequiredExperience with Agile Methodologies.Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.ICT Policy, Standards & Procedure Development.ICT Infrastructure.Microsoft 365.ICT Governance Framework.User Experience Management.Prioritization and resource allocation.Judgment.Integrity.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Operational Excellence.
