Duties:Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency.Utilize data analysis techniques to assess performance metrics and provide actionable insights.Develop and document process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.Support project management activities by monitoring progress and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).Assist in change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes. Qualifications & skills:CA(SA) qualification is essential.A minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in a business analysis or related role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Experience in process optimization and streamlining workflows.
