Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in software development to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product development, project managers, and development teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements for our consumer facing products and internal services. This is a very independent role and requires the individual to be self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable in a faced-paced environment. The projects are broad, where you will work closely with business stakeholders, product, and technical teams. The ability to create strong working relationships with diverse groups of individuals will be paramount to success in the role.As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: Eliciting and Documenting Requirements: Gathering, understanding, and documenting detailed business requirements and user stories. Translating Requirements: Converting business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to optimize business processes and recommending innovative solutions. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers. Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of deliverables through rigorous testing and validation
Qualifications Multi-channel Experience: Experience working in both digital and retail environments, often within complex organizational structures. Business Analysis Expertise: Proven ability to apply various business analysis techniques, such as data analysis, process modeling, and requirements gathering. Project Management Skills: Experience in managing IT projects, particularly those involving multiple teams and methodologies like Waterfall and Agile. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Business Acumen: Knowledge of product development lifecycles, including marketing, customer insights, and strategy. Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including distributed technical teams and third-party vendors. Documentation Skills: Experience in creating clear and concise documentation, such as user stories and business process documents.
