Work with their platform to design and implement customized solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, improve user experience, and create detailed use cases Prepare SLA reports, provide first-line support and draft Statements of Work for clients Build strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a performance improvement environment Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proficient in creating high-quality work products and use case documentation Experience in process design, UX/UI (preferred), and digital data requirements Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Contact LIZAAN BUNNING on
