To provide expertise and advice to support thedevelopment of operational implementation plans and associated service deliveryprocesses, methods and techniques pertaining to technology solutions,contributing to client / customer satisfaction, optimal profitability, reducedrisk, and compliance to regulatory and legislative requirements.
Key performanceareas
Liaise with business departments and externalcustomers to define the scope of new IT projects.
Translate businessrequirements into IT specifications ready for detail design and implementation.
Regular interaction betweenthe project stakeholders and the IT team to ensure design requirements areclear and are met by the IT design team.
Implement business processeswith supporting 'standard operating procedures' (SOPs) within the framework ofthe relevant business practice.
Analyse and report on processperformance and risk, to identify improvement initiatives.
Test, monitor and report ondata and information related to implemented business solutions.
Perform complex solutiondesigns according to client requirements.
Test complex configuredtechnology solutions.
Compile business-requirementand system-design specifications for solutions
aimed at the improvement ofbusiness processes.
Perform work activities in away that limits cost.
Analyse relevant businessintelligence to identify, justify and drive, continuous improvement initiativesfor clients / customers (Internal / External).
Manage the adoption of processimprovement initiatives.
Complete owntraining successfully as per an agreed personal development plan (PDP).
Requirements Qualifications required Diplomaof 1 to 3 years / NQF level 6 (preferably IT, engineering or similar).
Skills and experience required Upto 3 years of related experience.
Basicunderstanding of warehousing functions.
