Business Analyst

My client is a leading roleplayer in the Systems development space, with a unique offering to Tertiary Education Institutes.  They are looking for a Business Analyst & Team Lead for their Student Information System (SIS) Team, who are based in Cape Town.  Their ideal person will have the following qualifications: 1. A Bachelor degree or similar qualification; 2. Formal training in requirements analysis; 3. 5+ years Business Analysis experience in the post-secondary education arena; 4. SCRUM methodology experience. What characteristics will this person have? 1. Drive and motivation 2. Someone who gets things done and makes an impact 3. Excellent listening and communication (oral and written) skills The person will also be expected to : Travel to clients within South Africa as well as internationally; May be required to attend and participate in product user group meetings, relevant sub-committees and other community functions, keeping in mind that international communities may be in different time zones than South Africa.
