Minimum Requirements:Requires an experienced person with a solid understanding of Business Analysis and Enterprise Business ProcessesResponsibilities include:Assessing, analyzing, optimizing, documenting, implementing, and testing end-to-end enterprise business processesInteracting with the business community at all levelsFacilitating design workshopsConducting end-user trainingLeading presentations to senior management and executivesWork with stakeholders throughout the organizationBuild a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and technology assetsLink and align the business mission, strategy, and processes to the information technology strategyDocument using multiple models or views to meet current and future organizational needsIntegrate business needs, capabilities, technology, and processes efficiently and effectivelyMastery of industry-recognized knowledge areas for Business AnalysisWork at high levels of abstraction, ambiguity, and complexityPerform business analysis tasks to connect information, technology, processes, and business needs at varying levels of detailCandidates must have worked on agile projectsUnderstanding of the SAFe frameworkUse of agile tools like Jira and ConfluenceExperience in collections and recovery projects in the banking industryWorking experience in transactional banking products and secured/unsecured lending productsExperience in applying process modeling standards such as BPMNKnowledge of business process transformation and related technologies, including:Business Process ReengineeringWorkflow and process automationEnterprise Application IntegrationBusiness Intelligence, Analytics, and ReportingAt least 10 years of experience as a business analystInvolved in assessing, mapping, and optimizing business processesExperience facilitating workshops with business users up to the executive levelScoping, sizing, and planning all business aspects of solutions and associated project efforts and dependencies
