Business Analyst (Fruit Industry)

Our client in Somerset West working in the fruit export industry is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support with the function to fill the gaps between the business needs and IT capabilities.
The position involves the following:
Systems AnalystProject management from packing at supplier to end customerManage the information systems across pack house and export facilityImplement technical solutions according to internal and supplier needsAnalysis of business processesBusiness & Data system Analysis and new recommendationsSystem setup and Masterfile administrationIdentify areas to improve and develop the systemTraining and support to usersKeep up to date with export industry standardsMinimum Requirements and Skills: Matric with Bachelor's degree Logistics or related field;Understanding the flow from supplier and packing facilities to end customerExcellent understanding of export systems, vlookups and pivot tables5 years' Fruit industry experience in a similar roleFully bilingual in Afrikaans and EnglishValid driver's licenseSalary: R20 000 – R40 000 (Experience based)
