Business Analyst (Fruit Industry)

Our client in Somerset West working in the fruit export industry is looking for a Business-Systems-Analyst to support with the function to fill the gaps between the business needs and IT capabilities.

The position involves the following:

R20 000 -R40 000 (Experience based)

Project management from packing at supplier to end customer

Manage the information systems across pack house and export facility

Implement technical solutions according to internal and supplier needs

Analysis of business processes

Business & Data system Analysis and new recommendations

System setup and Masterfile administration

Identify areas to improve and develop the system

Training and support to users

Keep up to date with export industry standards

Minimum Requirements and skills:

Matric with Bachelor’s degree Logistics or related field;

Understanding the flow from supplier and packing facilities to end customer

Excellent understanding of export systems, vlookups and pivot tables

5 years’ Fruit industry experience in a similar role

Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English

Valid drivers license

Salary: R20 000 – R40000 (Experience based)
