Must have gained experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle( SDLC ) IT Software Solutions is essential
Driver's License and own Transport
Must have working experience in Software Solutions within Lending/ Loans Industry - this is essential

Must have working experience as a Digital external IT Software solutions Business Analyst OR Client Services/Account Manager for external Companies

** Experience working with internal IT Software development team to provide IT DevOps Software Solutions that the External Company's want to be developed **
Must be prepared to travel personally to External clients /Company's premises whenever needed
Work with External clients/Companies , +internal IT and service providers according to the required processes and system solutions
First line system support to clients
Manage and participate in Operational Meetings and reporting
Manage all External Company's project scope changes
Direct support to developers to clarify client requirements
Manage and participate in tasks through each of the key areas of the SDLC, including classification, prioritization, business requirements, design, testing, user training and deployments
System and system environment administration, release management and configuration
General System, Process and Client Communication
Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, accuracy, compliance and productivity
Develop skills to enhance personal effectiveness and efficiency
Salary range up to R40 000 CTC per Month (depending on years of experience regarding the requirements of this vacancy only)
