The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of their shop floor control system and various local/global applications within their manufacturing and distribution facility.Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaster application source code using Visual Studio 2012 #C and implement necessary changes.Develop and modify reports with Crystal Reports 2008.Proficiency in SQL 2008/2012 for database management.Enhance manufacturing processes and provide training for end-users.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Manufacturing departments for system alignment.Manage operational tasks such as printing and scanning activities.Shop Floor Control System - AndromedaMaster application source code using Visual Studio 2012 #C and implement necessary changes.Develop and modify reports with Crystal Reports 2008.Proficiency in SQL 2008/2012 for database management.Enhance manufacturing processes and provide training for end-users.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Manufacturing departments for system alignment.Manage operational tasks such as printing and scanning activities.Local and Specialist Applications or SystemsPartner with vendors to support specialist applications.Ensure effective user training and compliance with SOPs.Manage various systems including Tonello washing machines, CCTV/security systems, payroll systems, etc.Global ApplicationsSupport global applications such as SAP, CARTs, PLM, etc.Collaborate with global teams for local customization and testing.Review and approve local user access rights.Infrastructure EnvironmentCoordinate with Wipro DSE for IT support services.Manage external IT purchases and installations.Collaborate with SAMEA IT Manager on non-Wipro initiatives.Skills RequiredExperience in the Manufacturing or Distribution sector is a must.A good understanding of C# and Visual Studio 2012 for software development.Strong business analysis and report writing skills.Experience with Crystal Reports 2008 and SQL 2008/2012.Comprehensive understanding of clothing manufacturing and distribution processes.Familiarity with SAP, payroll, time and attendance systems.Basic knowledge of IT hardware and networking principles.6+ years of relevant experience.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.QualificationsDegree or Diploma in Information Technology or related fieldWorking ConditionsPermanent position based in Epping.40-hour workweek with occasional overtime.Reports to Plant Management Team.Apply now to be a part of their innovative team!Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
