RESPONSIBILITIES : Maintain and enhance the LCAAP platform, focusing on: Collaborating with Data Engineers to manage the Postgres database. Developing and maintaining business rules using KNIME workflows. Overseeing system redesigns to incorporate new technologies and source systems in line with business processes and needs. Engage with business teams to gather requirements and build a comprehensive understanding of source systems. Design optimized business processes tailored to the needs of the organization. Serve as the liaison between business users and data engineers, ensuring seamless communication and understanding. Support the product owner in meeting project goals and objectives. Analyze current processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement. Provide ongoing support for existing processes and applications in collaboration with process partners and other departments, ensuring data consistency across all stakeholders. Empower business users through training and the development of self-service solutions.
