Job DescriptionResponsible for eliciting and validating business requirements with stakeholders and analyzing and translating business requirements into requirement packages from which application solutions are developed.
The business analyst is responsible for defining business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services, or optimized business processes.
Analyze business from all aspects to develop an in-depth understanding of the business.Work with end users and project owners to identify business, functional, and technical requirements.Conduct gap analysis between current and required specifications.Oversee the planning and execution of systems testing.Analyze existing business processes and facilitate improvements with stakeholders.Identify and define business processes and system development or configuration requirements to realize the process end goal.Work with project team members to define metrics/performance goals/acceptance criteria for the solution or system.Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for unit development, system integration, and UAT.Participate in quality reviews or set reviews of designs, prototypes, and other work products.Job Requirements: Diploma/degree in IT or related field of study.Relevant Business Analysis certifications.4+ years' experience working as a Business Analyst.2 years working in an Agile environment.Familiarity with SQL or other database querying languages.Experience with requirement gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Experience in a banking environment.Experience in a Forex environment is highly advantageous.Job DetailsTake note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below. 18/11/24
