The Sales Hire Group of Companies (SA Roadtrippers) is seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Administrative Assistant to support our CEO. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other executives, employees, and clients. Manage the CEOs schedule, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and appointment setting. Oversee the flow of information, ensuring accurate and timely communication across the organization. Take initiative in managing and following up on various ongoing projects and tasks. Assist with the preparation of internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports. Handle confidential tasks, both business-related and personal, as required. Answer phone calls and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Preform as a driver to and from appointments for the CEO in his personal vehicle. Provide flexible support with varied hours, depending on business needs. Conduct research and manage ad hoc projects for the CEO and the company. Adapt to different work environments and handle tasks outside standard job specifications. Must be computer literate with strong MS Office suite and mobile device skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Discretion when handling sensitive business and financial information.
