Job Advert Summary Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of a Bursary Partnerships Administrator on a full-time basis located at our Midrand campus.

Type of role: Permanent Role Purpose: To provide administrative support for bursary and partnerships programmes Minimum Requirements Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field.

Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Administrative support related to partnership development:

Create and maintain prospect lists with contact details Meeting and diary management support – contact potential corporate partners, financial institutions, and organisations to schedule meetings with Eduvos representatives Maintain programme and student databases Administration of funded student data:

Maintain database of funded students' academic performance Prepare reports for corporate partners with regard to the academic performance of funded students Prepare relevant communication to corporate partners Collate feedback from students and summarise for distribution to corporate partners Administrative support regarding internal and external stakeholder communication

Administrative support regarding general department reporting

Functional and Behavioural Competencies Behavioural Competencies: Action orientation Collaborative relations and teamwork Effective communication Analysing and problem solving Planning and organising Functional Competencies: MS Office especially Excel Working knowledge of social media tools and platforms
