REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be South African citizens between the ages of 18 and 25.
Applicants must be in their first, second, or third year of studies at a recognised South African institution of higher learning, which includes universities and universities of technology.
The applicant must have achieved an aggregate of 70% to qualify.

THE BURSARY COVERS:

Full tuition fees.
Compulsory prescribed books.
Stationery and laptop.
Monthly stipend.
Accommodation.

Funding for the following qualifications will be capped at R50 000:

Biotechnology
Information Technology
Microbiology
Environmental
Biochemistry

Funding for the following qualifications will be fully covered:

Electrical Engineering
Chemical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Environmental Engineering
Robotics and Advanced Control
Mechanical Engineering
