Building Surveyor

Contract opportunity for M & E Surveyor in North West England at £190/day.
This professional building survey and software originator is looking to hire 2 experienced contract building surveyors as soon as possible.
The role will involve the survey/inspection of commercial premises (Offices, Stadia, and buildings peripheral to plant) regarding the Mechanical and Electrical condition of the buildings (M&E). EPC experience would be beneficial.
You will be required to work under minimum supervision, be experienced in fabric and EPC surveys, and have a good understanding of technology – mainly handheld devices.
Any qualifications and training you have undertaken will be viewed positively, as will CSCS and relevant experience.
The company will be inspecting these premises and will adhere to all Government guidance on safe working in the current climate.
The work is expected to run for approximately 24 months and is deemed outside IR35 regulations.
