Salary: £38,000 - £55,000 per annum (negotiable, based on experience)

The Role for the Building Surveyor:As a Building Surveyor, you will:
Prepare tender documentation, schedules, and specifications.Carry out contract administration and act as the Employer's Agent across a variety of projects.Undertake building condition surveys, measured surveys, defect analysis, and prepare detailed reports.Manage building regulation and planning application submissions.The Ideal Building Surveyor:We're looking for someone who:
