Our ClientReference: NEL011243-NvZ-1A leading company in the Building Services Engineering Sector is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer with Fire Product experience to join their growing team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesQualifications & Experience:BEng (Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent qualification.Minimum 5 years of experience in the mechanical building services environment.Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection design as per SANS standards, including firefighting equipment, smoke evacuation, stair pressurization, and fire sprinkler systems.Proficiency in fire safety design software is a significant advantage (e.g., CFD modelling software).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Desired Qualities:Driven individual seeking challenging and interesting project experience.Working towards or already registered as a Professional Engineer with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa).
