Building Material Key Account Manager, Roodepoort, Rneg + Ben (Medical, Pension, Cell + Housing + Bonus)
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales ,
A technical background or knowledge of construction materials is an advantage.
5+ years in account management or sales , preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets .
Experience working with architects, contractors, developers, or distributors.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in CRM tools.
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing strategic relationships with key clients in the Building Material industry. The role involves identifying business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. The KAM will act as a liaison between the company and its major clients, understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and driving long-term partnerships.
