Building Manager

Objective of this position:To oversee activities of service, maintenance contractors and staff, execution of building related activities as predetermined by the Operations and Centre Managers.
Establish and maintain relationships with tenants and service contractors.
Assist the Operations Manager with coordinating repairs, revamps and tenant installations.
Carry out inspections and general building maintenance.Experience required:Technical / mechanical qualification at N4 level or equivalent3 - 5 years relevant experienceBasic building maintenance knowledgePlumbing and electrical knowledgeProficient in MS Word and MS ExcelKnowledge of lease conditionsBasic OHS, air conditioning, plumbing, electricalKnowledge of cost budgeting and controlPMB based.Suitable applications can be emailed to ******: only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
