Building Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of four handymen. This role requires proven experience in building maintenance, and the ideal candidate should have a plumbing qualification, a valid driver's license, and a matric certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
Oversee general building repairs, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
Ensure maintenance schedules are followed and any urgent repairs are attended to promptly.
Be on standby at all times and available for weekend call-outs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in building maintenance and supervision.
Plumbing qualification.
Valid driver's license.
Matric qualification.
Willingness to be on standby and work on weekends when required.
Own transportation (use of company vehicle or petrol reimbursement provided).
