Building Maintenance

Essential Health Pharmacy Group is recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Worker to join our current Team at our Wellington Pharmacy. A minimum of 15 years hands-on experience in the building/construction field is required. This is not a Supervisor role.
The focus will be on the Building itself.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance functions on and around site.
Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.).
Clean facilities by sweeping and dusting.
Undertake light installations.
Repair equipment.
Assist tradespeople with electrical and plumbing repairs.
Undertake duties as assigned by management.
Identify and report repair needs to management.
Take responsibility for the upkeep of the garden around the building.
Maintain general neatness of the parking area.

Requirements:

Physically in good condition.
Good health.
Good timekeeping.
Trustworthy.
Energetic.
Non-endorsed driver's license.
