Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to verify compliance with building regulations. Provide expert advice and guidance to construction professionals and clients on regulatory requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of building control processes and procedures. Minimum Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a Building Control Surveyor, ideally within the Manchester area. Class 3 qualification - essential for this role. Strong knowledge of current building regulations and legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within strict deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Building Control-related qualifications or certifications. Relevant degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
