Broker Manager (Long-Term Insurance)

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Broker Manager (Long Term Insurance) within the Insurance department at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. Responsibilities and Duties Building strong relationships with brokers Lead, mentor, and motivate brokers to drive sales performance Perform recruitment and selection process of brokers Monitor and ensure compliance Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market trends, customer needs, and competition analysis Conduct training and support to brokers Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan Supporting brokers in their practices and assist them to grow their businesses Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry professionals Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and business development activities to senior management Qualifications and Skills Relevant Degree Experience in the long-term insurance industry Strong leadership skills Natural relationship-builder Exceptional sales and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify market trends, assess competitive landscape, and develop business opportunities Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools The company can expire jobs at any time at their own discretion.
