Broker Assistant/Para-Planner Position available:Permanent position based in Fourways Garden.What we are seeking:Experience in the following:Life InsuranceRetirementSect 14sInvestments (both local and offshore)Para-planning /Financial Needs Analysis/Estate PlanningNew Business AdministrationPreparation of quotesComplianceWills and TrustsServicing of existing client baseSetting up of appointmentsDuties and responsibilities:Knowledge in one or all the aforementioned areas, as well as the ability to communicate with clients, write effectively, and manage & resolve customer queries.Self-starter personality and would be able to manage themselvesBe able to correspond with clients and do quotesServicing of clients in terms of queries, keeping customers up to date and new businessChanging of beneficiaries and switch formsREsLooking for new business opportunities from current client baseApplicant to reside in Fourways or surrounding areas with own transport.Must be well spoken and presentable with excellent communication skills. Be able to think out the box and work without supervision.
